Hi, I'm Panja, co-founder and Director of 

All Ways Family Consulting. 

For over 13 years, I have been a Registered Social Worker, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful and challenging moments.  Along the way, I have also built trusted networks, allowing me to connect clients with referrals to specialized professionals when additional support is needed.

Beyond my professional role, I have also been a three-time gestational surrogate. This personal experience gave me a deep understanding of both the joys and the challenges of surrogacy, and it highlighted just how important it is to have compassionate and trusted guidance throughout the journey.

Bringing these two worlds together, my social work expertise and my lived experience as a surrogate has become my passion. At All Ways Family Consulting, my approach is guided by transparency, compassion, empowerment and respect. 

I strive to create an environment where intended parents and surrogates feel supported, informed, and empowered at every step.

 I am honored to walk alongside families as they pursue their dreams and grow their families.

 Most of all, I feel deeply honored to work with surrogates, women who give so selflessly of themselves to help others experience the gift of parenthood. Their strength, generosity, and compassion inspire me every day. 

Hi, I'm Rebecca, co-founder and Director of 

All Ways Family Consulting. 

My path to this work is deeply personal. I know firsthand the heartache and challenges of fertility struggles, and I feel incredibly blessed to be the mom of one beautiful little girl. My journey has given me a profound understanding of both the longing to grow a family and the strength it takes to walk that road.

I’ve also had the privilege of being a support person for a surrogate. Walking alongside her through the ups and downs of the process opened my eyes to just how much love, resilience, and care goes into surrogacy. I was given the gift of witnessing pure love between the surrogate and the intended parents. It was an experience that changed me, and it planted the seed for the work I do today.

As a registered social service worker, I’ve spent ten years supporting individuals and families through life’s most important moments and challenging transitions. Now, through All Ways Family Consulting, I’m combining my professional training with my personal passion. I want Intended Parents and Surrogates to feel seen, supported, and guided every step of the way.

For me, this business is about building trust, creating connections, and holding space for one of the most meaningful journeys a family can take.
